As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with middle management and clients to create customized high-impact solutions. You will analyze client spend data, develop sound recommendations, and deliver presentations to communicate confidently with clients. You will also be responsible for handling complex analyses, participating in the client engagement cycle, and contributing to team understanding of client culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Help clients understand their needs to provide flawless service.
  • Recommend actions and help clients implement them.
  • Work closely with middle management and clients to create customized high-impact solutions.
  • Analyze client spend data and create deliverables for the project.
  • Support developing sound recommendations contributing to program objectives (cost savings).
  • Deliver presentations and communicate confidently with the client.
  • Be responsible for handling complex analyses.
  • Participate and drive the client's engagement cycle from lead to operations.
  • Contribute to team understanding of client culture. Give suggestions on how the team could be more effective.
  • Start developing sourcing strategies & processes in line with client's business goals & policies.
  • Monitor and analyze trends of key commodities as input to sourcing initiatives.
  • Carry out sourcing, RFQ events, auctions, supplier management, and negotiations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree required (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Must have 5+ years in management consulting experience in a consulting firm or a combination of consultancy and industry experience (procurement, strategic sourcing).
  • Language proficiency in Spanish and English. Portuguese is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite: including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (ability to create formulas and to analyze data).
  • Should be flexible to travel onsite as required.
  • Demonstrated excellent quantitative, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Capable of creatively using data sources to develop fact-based approaches.
  • Capable of structuring logical and client-ready documents.
  • Leadership ability.
  • Good client management skills.
  • Business problem-solving skills with strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated highly motivated team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
