About the Role

GEP Worldwide is a dynamic and innovative company that invests in its clients' success. As a Sourcing Manager in the Knowledge Services team, you will be responsible for executing complex and strategic sourcing projects, including translating business requirements into clear statements of work, soliciting bids, and leading auctions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement global sourcing and outsourcing strategies to consolidate and optimize the supplier base and services, while securing the lowest Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and access to the highest levels of service and quality.
  • Identify and execute against strategic initiatives to build upon category advisor expertise.
  • Partner closely with key stakeholder teams to understand critical business needs, trends, and strategies.
  • Manage a team of junior sourcing professionals, including Category Managers and Analysts, for the day-to-day coaching, training, and ongoing development.
  • Lead key procurement activities, including RFx development and execution, Statement of Work (SOW) and contract drafting, and pricing and contract negotiations.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in strategic sourcing with strong project management skills.
  • Specific category experience (MRO, Capex, Logistics, IT & Professional Services, Marketing) with high-level expertise in Professional Services Category and strategic sourcing projects design and execution.
  • Strong Financial analysis and quantitative skills.
  • Negotiation strategy development and facilitation.
  • Knowledge of contract drafting and negotiations.
  • Managing delivery of junior team.
  • Excellent communication in Spanish and English – written and verbal.
