About the Role

Citi is seeking a seasoned Compliance Quality Oversight Manager to lead our team in ensuring operational/service leadership and direction. As a key member of our Compliance function, you will provide full leadership and supervisory responsibility, applying in-depth disciplinary knowledge through provision of value-added perspectives or advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of quality processes and procedures to ensure adherence to guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Leadership of a team responsible for completing quality and control reviews, exercising full leadership and supervisory responsibility.
  • Monitoring team workflow, confirming tasks are meeting timeliness, and developing plans to keep all work current.
  • Analysis and reporting of results, communicating findings to Operational teams, including root cause analysis on defects.
  • Assistance with requests, interfacing with compliance and audit examiners, and analyzing risks based on information provided when reviewing or adding new reviews.
  • Consultation with the business regarding process improvements for quality reviews, ensuring appropriate controls are in place for all work performed.
  • Development and implementation of corrective actions, working with multiple MIS and system teams to ensure data is available for result analysis.
  • Collaboration with Ops Quality Control team members located in multiple sites to drive consistency between functions of Credit Operations through quality reviews, control reviews, audit feedback, and results.
About You

To succeed in this role, you should have 5-8 years of experience leading teams, with the ability to analyze results and identify strengths and opportunities. Experience in creating and implementing processes that result in improved business performance is essential. Strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and prioritize tasks under pressure are also required.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to navigate complexity and create clear solutions.
  • Proven track record of increased responsibility and task/project delivery, with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to make sound business decisions, communicate effectively with multiple lines of business and management levels, and demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Credit Operations experience is mandatory, with a Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
  • A salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year is offered for this exciting opportunity.
