The Role:This Senior Compliance Auditor position is open within our Compliance team and will focus on CAPA management and inspection support in the Quality Assurance department.
- Lead investigations, root cause analysis (RCA) and resulting CAPA management for ICON Quality Issues to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure responses/CAPA to external audits/inspections findings are in line with ICON SOPs and submitted within required timelines, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Update ICON's QMS/tracking system with relevant information and ensure seamless tracking and follow-up on CAPA plans to guarantee timely completion of actions and availability of evidence.
- Determine effectiveness check requirements for responsible CAPAs, define the effectiveness check plan, track and complete checks as required, determine outcomes and inform operations and Q&C management accordingly.
- Support Q&C Management/Director with oversight of open CAPAs, trending and analysis of CAPAs and metrics reporting to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide summary information/input to Governance reports, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the organisation.
