Senior Analog and Mixed Signal IC Design Engineer

Job Summary
As an Analog and Mixed Signal IC Design Engineer at Micron, you will be responsible for the development, design, optimization, and verification of block-level circuits for all DRAM-related memory products. You will work closely with the IP Development Group to design and optimize circuits for Micron's next leading-edge process node. Your expertise in analog and digital CMOS design will be essential in working on various circuits, including I/Os, voltage regulators, generators, amplifiers, oscillators, pumps, translators, and repair-related circuits. You will also work with Product Engineering to verify silicon performance vs. simulation performance of circuits you design. Additionally, you will provide layout supervision and optimize layout throughout post-layout simulations. Strong communication skills are necessary to convey complex technical concepts to other design peers both verbally and written.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop analog and mixed signal circuits for DRAM-related memory products
- Work closely with the IP Development Group to design and optimize circuits for Micron's next leading-edge process node
- Collaborate with Product Engineering to verify silicon performance vs. simulation performance of circuits you design
- Provide layout supervision and optimize layout throughout post-layout simulations
- Communicate complex technical concepts to other design peers both verbally and written
Requirements
- MSEE + 5 or BSEE + 10 years' post-graduate mix-mode or analog circuit design experience
- Experience with UNIX and CADENCE design environment (Simulation, Schematic entry, SPF extraction)
- Experience with circuit verification and optimization, including layout verification and parasitic extractions of the circuits
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to other design peers
