Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced analog and mixed-signal IC design engineer to join our team at Micron Mexico Design Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits for DRAM products, collaborating closely with Product Engineering to verify silicon performance against simulation results and working with Process integration and transistor modeling personnel to design circuits suitable for Micron's next-generation process node.
Key Responsibilities:Design high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits for DRAM productsWork closely with Product Engineering to verify silicon performance vs simulation performance of designed circuitsCollaborate with Process integration and transistor modeling personnel to design circuits for Micron's next leading edge process node
Requirements:Proven experience in analog IC design, including regulator, charge pump, oscillator, current reference, bandgap, and comparator designPast circuit debug experience through Product Engineering or equivalent preferredExperience in the memory industry, either flash or dram, is a plusProficiency with UNIX and CADENCE design environment (Simulation, Schematic entry, SPF extraction)Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to peers both verbally and written
