As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cloud-based solutions that drive powerful experiences to help our residents achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of developers to design, develop, and deploy cloud-based solutions that meet the needs of our residents and their families.
  • Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions that meet the needs of our residents and their families.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure that all team members have access to the information they need to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements, and make recommendations to the team on how to incorporate them into our projects.

Requirements

  • Intermediate-Advanced English fluency
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 8 years of experience in software engineering
  • At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
  • At least 4 years of people management experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree
  • At least 3 years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another cloud service
  • At least 4 years of experience in open source frameworks
  • At least 7 years of people management experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in Agile practices
