Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supplier strategies, ensuring adherence to budget, timelines, and quality standards for assigned commodities and suppliers.
- Negotiate optimal agreements for Production Material (direct material) and Investments, focusing on quality, service, pricing, and sustainability.
- Formulate and execute commodity strategies to facilitate timely and cost-effective procurement, identify cost-saving opportunities, and foster long-term supplier relationships.
- Manage supplier panels by introducing competitive sourcing options and developing standardized, harmonized, and bundled supplier relationships.
- Drive continuous cost optimization for assigned commodities by realizing identified value-adding and cost-saving targets through effective implementation of strategies.
- Oversee tendering processes, including risk analysis, negotiation, and contract management.
- Lead negotiations with suppliers, supported by operational buyers, and conduct supplier visits as necessary.
- Analyze historical demand to create accurate demand forecasts and manage specifications effectively.
- Monitor supplier market trends, providing insights on competition, demand, pricing, and innovation.
- Supply relevant data to inform strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate Supplier Relationship Management activities, including risk management and enhancing supply chain sustainability.
- Assist in Make-or-Buy decisions regarding in-house manufacturing versus external procurement.
- Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders, providing support and guidance related to product groups and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with all Antolin procedures.
Candidate Profile:
- Educational background in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, particularly within the automotive sector.
- Strong analytical skills, coupled with a structured approach and the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Self-motivated and resourceful, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on teamwork, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Resilience and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
