Position Overview
- Execute the organization's human capital strategy to ensure the attraction, management, development, and retention of essential personnel, collaborating closely with business leadership to fulfill current and future operational goals.
- Responsible for overseeing Recruitment, Employee Relations, Collective Bargaining, Training & Development, Succession Planning, and Organizational Structure.
- Develops policies and ensures adherence to legal and organizational standards. May spearhead significant regional projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- Proficient in English
- Strong analytical skills
- Effective problem-solving abilities
Requirements
- Possesses both theoretical and practical expertise in the field, along with foundational knowledge of interconnected disciplines
- Understands industry best practices and how their area of expertise interacts with others; knowledgeable about competitors and market differentiators
- Serves as a resource for less experienced colleagues; may lead small-scale projects with manageable risks and resource needs
- Addresses complex challenges; approaches existing solutions from new angles; exercises judgment based on comprehensive analysis of various information sources
- Affects a variety of customer, operational, project, or service activities within their team and related teams; operates within broad guidelines and policies
