Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Sales Process Optimization Expert to join our team at Bosch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert-level guidance on business process requirements and design, specifically in SAP Order to Cash (O2C).
  • Ensure the effective implementation of practical business solutions by defining business requirements, supporting prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures.
  • Leverage your expertise to initiate necessary business process re-engineering for efficient operations.
  • Assume a process lead role for SAP Sales & Distribution (Order Management, Pricing, Invoicing, and Related Master Data).
  • Proactively support business processes with issue identification and resolution, as well as process optimization.
  • Analyze evolving SAP capabilities to meet business requirements and collaborate with key users to implement processes within the organization.
  • Identify cross-functional topics and ensure processes are aligned across modules with the support of a Sub-Project leader.
  • Detect and escalate necessary process decisions during regular project meetings.
  • Coordinate all training activities according to a training concept and plan.
  • Contribute to test plan creation and coordinate testing activities.
  • Collaborate with an IT process consultant to support key users and team members during data clean-up/migration activities.
  • Support the key user community with user mentoring, process documentation, and end-user training.
  • Maintain process documentation and training tools with key users.
  • Act as a contact point for an IT process consultant to clarify open points and provide final decisions (Second-Level Support).
  • Lead and participate in cross-functional teams performing various functions.
  • Analyze and solve complex problems independently.
  • Provide guidance to various departments and/or associates engaged in company initiatives.
  • Serve as a consultant to other departments on problems requiring theoretical and practical information exchange.
  • Assignments will be broad in nature, requiring originality and ingenuity.
  • Coordinate the analysis and resolution of difficult and complex problems and special assignments.
  • Plan, maintain, and evaluate work performed by yourself and others.
