About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Director to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for guaranteeing the maturity and robustness of supplier's manufacturing and supply chain processes to prevent supply disruptions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive continuous improvement in supply chain performance for timely, quality deliveries.
  • Assess and secure supplier's capacity to meet ramp-up demands and support industrial objectives.
  • Monitor performance through KPIs, audits, and assessments, implementing corrective and preventive actions as needed.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Over 5 years of experience in supply chain management or supplier quality operations.
  • A background in the aerospace or automotive industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain best practices.
  • Proven track record in managing supplier relationships and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is £80,000 - £110,000, depending on your experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, pension scheme, and generous paid time off.
