Job Description- Develop and execute long-term investment strategies aligned with growth and profitability goals.
- Identify and evaluate investment opportunities in Class A industrial properties to ensure strategic expansion of our portfolio.
- Evaluate and select strategic locations for new industrial developments, focusing on proximity to labor, infrastructure, highways, key logistics centers, accessibility for international supply chains, and quality of life.
- Coordinate with technical teams to validate the suitability of selected sites and ensure compliance with infrastructure and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the design and development of Class A industrial facilities, ensuring each project aligns with quality standards and the specific needs of the international market.
- Supervise the preparation of detailed budgets and cost strategies to optimize the profitability of each investment.
- Direct the acquisition process of land and industrial properties, negotiating favorable terms and conditions with owners and intermediaries.
- Conduct rigorous financial analysis and due diligence to assess risks and opportunities for each transaction.
- Coordinate with local authorities and providers to ensure timely availability and procurement of necessary electrical, hydraulic, and natural gas infrastructure for industrial developments.
- Identify and develop strategic relationships with investors, banks, and potential partners to structure joint ventures that drive growth and expansion of the portfolio.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with international companies interested in leasing industrial spaces.
- Oversee the management and valuation of the asset portfolio, implementing strategies to continuously enhance the value of existing properties and optimize financial performance.
- Implement robust systems and reporting mechanisms to monitor the pipeline of acquisition and development projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field. MBA or advanced studies preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years in industrial real estate investments with proven experience in the development and management of Class A industrial projects.
- Excellent analytic, financial, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with the ability to thrive in dynamic environments under pressure.
An attractive compensation package including an estimated annual salary of $250,000 - $300,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading recruitment agency in the industry, driving growth and success in a dynamic environment.
