Commercial Contract Manager

We are seeking an experienced Contracts and Negotiations Manager to join our team. If you are a motivated professional with a passion for contracts and negotiations, we encourage you to apply.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in contract review, advanced Legal English skills, and the ability to lead negotiation and draft sales agreements, nondisclosure agreements, master purchase agreements, and master services agreements.
This role involves reviewing and mitigating contractual risks, guiding colleagues within the organization, and interacting with various stakeholders to obtain approval for non-standard contractual positions.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to the company on contractual rights and remedies, develop and implement training plans on company contracting processes, and network globally with key contacts outside your area of expertise.
A minimum salary of $120,000 per year is expected for this position, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
This is a hybrid role that requires proactive attitude, continuous learning, and development of skills. You will make an impact on departmental process improvements and project activities, participate in global calls and meetings via phone, Teams, or occasionally travel in-person, and give customers a valuable experience.
