This Role

The Business Intelligence Analyst plays a critical role in assisting business operations by extracting and analyzing data, developing reports on performance metrics and KPIs using BI and SQL tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Presents data-driven reports and recommendations guiding sales team decisions using graphics, visualizations, and clear communication.
  • Filters and analyzes large volumes of data consistently and scalably to build a solid foundation for decision-making with calculated risks.
  • Collects information to identify improvement opportunities, including monitoring training impact.
  • Makes recommendations to improve results based on data analysis and understanding of products and processes.
  • Measures internal sales performance (KPIs, KBIs, KKIs, and KSIs).
  • Manages multiple requests and prioritizes report generation efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • An associate's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or Data Analytics.
  • At least 2 years of experience in data analysis for sales or marketing areas, preferably in finance and startups.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to analyze data, identify inefficiencies, and propose data-driven solutions.
  • Able to adapt quickly to changes in the work environment and priorities, as well as learn new processes, concepts, and skills.
  • Proficiency in data visualization software (Power BI, Looker, Tableau) and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
