**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics and Warehouse professional to join our team at Waters Corporation. As a Warehouse Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for managing inventory, warehouse, transportation, and other logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control via SAP.
  • Supervise and track daily deliverables to clients and optimize transportation routes.
  • Coordinate annual physical inventory of the warehouse and ensure SAP posting on time.
  • Monitor and report inventory levels, reconcile inventory variances, and provide data for monthly close.
  • Attend internal and external audits and provide requested information on time.
  • Establish performance standards (KPIs) and monitor progress.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement process improvements.
  • Communicate with Corporate to ensure adherence to Waters policies and procedures.
  • Lead and motivate staff to improve performance and develop professional expertise.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in distribution and warehouse management (3PL).
  • Complete knowledge of warehouse and inventory control policies and procedures.
  • Experience in a Logistic Company at Supervisory level.
  • Knowledge in NOM Certifications applicable.
  • Experience in project management and Process Improvements.
  • Experience dealing with internal and external auditors with SOX and control matrixes.
  • Fluent English (mandatory) / Spanish and Portuguese desirable.
