Recruiting Sourcer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruiting Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team at Capital One. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle recruiting process, sourcing diverse candidate pipelines, and providing a best-in-class experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, including creating compelling position descriptions, sourcing candidates, marketing Capital One's talent brand, screening candidates, and negotiating job offers.
• Source stellar candidates through innovative sourcing techniques, such as search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and social media.
• Provide a great end-to-end recruiting experience for candidates and hiring managers, including advising on market trends and recommending effective ways to attract and recruit great talent.
• Develop candidate pipeline strategies to fill open positions, including talent marketing, LinkedIn sourcing, referrals, and other innovative techniques.
• Consult with hiring managers on their talent needs and provide guidance on the recruiting process.

Requirements:

• Intermediate-Advanced English fluency.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 2+ years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or client consulting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification.
• At least 3+ years of experience in Corporate Recruiting – full life cycle, research, and sourcing.
• At least 1+ year of experience consulting with multiple hiring managers at once while developing and enhancing excellent working relationships with those managers and their teams.
• Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse HR talent.
• Experience in compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiring.
