Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team on a maternity cover basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for high-volume, multi-level recruitment and selection activities, utilizing behavior-based interviewing techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and select top talent for various employment fields
• Utilize various sourcing techniques, including internet job postings, database, referrals, and head hunting
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and achieve recruitment performance metrics
• Develop and implement recruitment goals, policies, and procedures
• Manage employee concerns and questions, and escalate to management as necessary
• Collaborate with HR and Managers to understand workforce needs and provide proactive recruitment and selection
• Organize and plan Recruitment Drives, Referral drives, and Walk-ins to meet hiring numbers
