Job DescriptionAs a Technical Support Specialist at Kyndryl, you'll be part of a dynamic team responsible for delivering exceptional technical assistance to our clients.
Your primary role will be to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to desktop hardware and software, utilizing your technical expertise and available resources to ensure timely resolution.
You'll also have the opportunity to perform installations, moves, adds, and changes (IMAC) activities, as well as data backup and restore on certain accounts for clients.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to desktop hardware and software.
- Perform IMAC activities, including installation, moving, adding, and changing hardware and software configurations.
- Backup and restore data on client accounts as required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 0-3 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Experience with Cisco Nexus and IOS technologies.
- Experience with F5 ASM and LTM configuration and troubleshooting.
We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
