We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer I to join our team at CommScope. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, testing, and evaluating components and product designs to ensure they meet our high standards.
Key Responsibilities- Perform tests and evaluations of components and product designs, reporting results within established programs.
- Analyze test results and identify technical problems, initiating design changes as needed.
- Develop and implement test plans for assigned systems, collecting data and summarizing results.
- Integrate server hardware and software, verifying system functionality and maintaining configurations for the support test team and servers.
- Design and develop conceptual and detailed proof-of-concept solutions for new and existing product and component designs.
- Generate required documentation for product development and engineering assistance.
- Bachelor's degree in Electronic, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with test platforms based on Test stand/Lab view/CVI, Linux/Unix systems, and RF analog/digital circuits and measurement test equipment.
- Knowledge of ICT/Flying probe testing, modification, develop, and debugging test plans, PCBA high-density failure analysis, and statistical analysis skills.
- English proficiency.
