- Utilize advanced troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear and concise solutions to their problems.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- At least 1 year of experience in a bilingual call center, preferably in tech support.
- Advanced English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- High School diploma or equivalent (bachillerato).
- Schedule availability between 7 am and 10 pm.
- Availability to work on-site (Azcapotzalco, CDMX).
- Customer service skills, including empathy, conflict resolution, and clear communication.
- Competitive salary of $14,000.00 per month.
