Technical Support Specialist

**Job Summary**

Legion is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide exceptional support to our customers, troubleshooting complex issues and providing end-to-end resolution.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions
  • Communicate effectively with customers via Zendesk and Zoom
  • Document troubleshooting steps and escalate issues to engineering as needed
  • Stay up-to-date on Legion product configurations and best practices
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to drive issues to resolution

**Requirements**

  • Previous experience in a technical support role for Software/SaaS solutions
  • Excellent English language communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well in a fluid work environment

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Experience documenting best practices and procedures in an IT knowledge base
  • Knowledge of API authentication
