About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Manager to join our team at HELLA. As a Facility Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment for our employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor building and infrastructure operations, including HVAC, fire suppression, and electrical backup systems.
  • Oversee the management and monitoring of all utilities and critical services, including electricity, chilled and cold water, compressed air, service water, and gas.
  • Plan, supervise, and oversee all requirements and resources to meet maintenance programs and targets.
  • Manage vendor relationships and monitor maintenance and services policies, planning, execution, and accountability.
  • Plan, design, and execute building adaptations and new constructions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.
  • Develop and implement budget plans and cost control measures for operational and capital expenditures.
  • Lead and develop colleagues within the responsibility area to achieve their tasks and fulfill teamwork collaboration and talent development.

Requirements

  • Electrical, mechanical, or related engineering degree and experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing building management, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Ability to manage multiple and complex projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • English proficiency.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
  • Knowledge of applicable NOMs.
  • Solid and proactive leadership and motivational skills.

Preferred Skills

  • SAP experience.
  • AutoCAD proficiency.
  • Microsoft Office suite skills.
