**Job Summary**
The ERP Director Business Transformation is a key role at Johnson Controls, responsible for driving business process transformation and improvement across the organization. This position requires a strong leader with expertise in process simplification, change management, and project management.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the finance team to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to maximize organizational efficiency and accuracy.
- Conduct impact analyses and assess change readiness for stakeholders, leveraging data and delivering engaging workshops.
- Automate and innovate across the finance spectrum, partnering with sub-process heads and regional leads to deploy the Finance Transition roadmap.
- Work closely with finance systems and internal control teams to ensure the design and effectiveness of systems, processes, and controls.
- Advise on plans and processes, and help implement artifacts and tools to enable the success of the Finance Transformation Program.
- Prioritize activities and resource alignment, driving the execution of the program's change management strategy.
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to track and communicate project progress and seek alignment on changes to project scope.
- Help define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
- Identify risks for activities under scope, perform issue root cause analysis, and advise on mitigating actions.
- Coach and advise local project teams on mobilization of change/champion networks and user engagement initiatives.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced English skills
- Minimum 15+ years of project and management experience in business transformation processes with a strong focus on process simplification
- Experience in change management of high scale
- Current VISA and Passport
- Available to travel if necessary
- Strong proactive person
- Strong leadership skills
- Listening, oral, written, and presentation skills, and effective interpersonal skills
- Organizational and planning, and multi-tasking skills
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, relationship-building, and negotiation skills, with a solid track record for developing internal and external relationships
- Project management processes and techniques, and structured methodology, and project planning tools experience
