Business Development Manager

Motherson SAS specializes in the assembly, logistics, and development of modules for motor vehicles and trucks. We offer high-quality, innovative, and customer-specific modules with exceptional performance and reliability.
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Director to lead our sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interface with customers at a high level to develop strong relationships and drive business growth.
- Develop business plans aligned with company targets and objectives.
- Prepare cost breakdowns for scope changes and new content/service opportunities with customers.
- Negotiate offers with customers and ensure proper documentation of all prices and written communication.
- Lead claims negotiation at the appropriate level with customers.
- Responsible for on-time/on-profit customer ECRs negotiation.
- Coordinate with plants to implement sales administration processes and monitor customer portals.
Requirements:
- Business Master Degree or Engineering Degree with a willingness to develop a career path in business.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience with a successful track record in commercial assignments.
- Working experience with major OEMs (Stellantis preferably).
- Fluent in English.
- Business expertise in automotive and manufacturing.
- Deep understanding of commercial management and local economics.
- Strong competencies in relationship management and negotiation skills.
