Flooring Production Technician

Job Summary

The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for operating bonding line equipment, presses, saws, and other machinery in a laminate flooring production environment. This will include safely and efficiently operating equipment, tracking raw materials, and monitoring quality control.

Responsibilities

- Operate bonding line equipment and other machinery in a laminate flooring production environment
- Safely and efficiently operate equipment to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
- Track raw materials and manage inventory levels
- Monitor quality control and ensure products meet quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and objectives

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills and ability to use software programs
- Ability to set up, operate, and troubleshoot equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to inspect materials for quality control
- Ability to meet physical demands of the position, including standing, walking, and lifting
- Excellent attendance record and willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
