As a key member of our reporting team, this position will be responsible for the monthly/quarterly reporting to our global organization and will provide support as a business partner to the executive team to help them drive business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and deliver high-quality financial reports to the global organization.
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with the Power BI team to design and implement new dashboards and reports.
- Provide analytical support to the executive team to help them make informed business decisions.
- Participate in New Product Introduction Gate Reviews and assist in building business cases.
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Power BI and SQL databases.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or applicable field.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proven ability to work with large data sets.
- Strong social skills to articulate key business and financial impacts of data.
This is a Work From Home position 4 days out of 5. The candidate needs to be residing in Monterrey and will be required to go 1 day a week at the office.
Domestic or international Travel may be required.
