About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Services Manager to join our team at Tetra Pak. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in delivering an integrated marketing approach to assigned customers in the Latin America region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our specialists across various areas of marketing, including Marketing Services, Portfolio, Business Insights & Analytics.
  • Work with and manage multiple stakeholders across the business, including Sales, Portfolio, Innovation, and Business Insights and Analytics teams.
  • Lead the marketing interactions with assigned customers, providing market intelligence, category, and customer analysis.
  • Contribute to the development of the Market Business Plan based on analysis of market intelligence covering the entire value chain in identified priority categories.
  • Deliver innovative services for customers according to Tetra Pak methodologies.
  • Provide relevant and qualitative input to new product requirements based on value chain needs in key segments.
  • Manage Promotional Investment and programs for assigned customers.

Requirements

  • A degree or MBA in Marketing or equivalent Marketing discipline is required.
  • 5-7 years' Marketing experience in a professional corporate environment.
  • Experience collaborating in the Americas region: Mexico, Central American & Caribbean (C&C) and Andina region (Colombia, Perú, Ecuador, etc.).
  • Great communication skills; fluent English is a must (written and spoken).
  • A data-oriented mindset with the ability to develop insights and tell a story.
  • Strong competency with PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Great customer service skills and a go-getter attitude.
  • Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Diligence and the ability to build trust quickly with strong integrity.
  • Interest and ability to identify market opportunities as well as develop value propositions for these opportunities.
  • A drive for results and thorough follow-up.
  • Customer-oriented; abilities to discuss and negotiate marketing topics and support services.
