The Data Engineer position at Coherent Solutions, Inc. is a key role in our team, responsible for designing and implementing data systems that drive business growth and innovation. As a Data Engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain large-scale data pipelines, architectures, and data sets that support our clients' mission to amplify their stories across Connected TV and all video devices at scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement data solutions that meet business requirements
  • Develop and maintain large-scale data pipelines, architectures, and data sets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and integrity
  • Perform root cause analyses on internal and external data and processes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience working as a Data Engineer
  • SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases
  • Familiarity with a variety of databases and algorithms
  • Experience building and optimizing data pipelines, architectures, and data sets
  • Experience in performing root cause analyses on internal and external data and processes
  • Analytical skills related to working with unstructured datasets
  • Experience in building processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency, and workload management
  • Experience working with big data tools: Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Pyspark
  • Experience working with data pipeline and workflow management tools: Airflow, Luigi
  • Experience working with stream-processing systems: Storm, Spark-Streaming
  • Experience working with object-oriented/object function scripting languages: Java, Scala
  • Experience working with AdTech will be a plus
  • Level of English - from Upper-Intermediate (spoken/written)
