**Job Summary**:
As a Recruiting Assistant at Qualfon, you will be responsible for welcoming applicants and providing guidance throughout the recruitment and selection process. This includes administering tests, documenting requests, and filing essential information.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Welcoming applicants and maintaining records of all applicants on a daily basis
• Providing guidance to applicants through the recruitment and selection process, including interviews, test administration, and roleplay explanations
• Administering tests and providing instructions to take corresponding tests
• Documenting requests and making phone calls to provide information or instructions to applicants
• Filing essential information, including verifying the veracity of documentation provided and attaching testing results
**Requirements:**
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 6 months experience in Human Resources Administrative position
• Ability to manage multi-line phone system
• Minimum 40/wpm typing speed
• Working knowledge in Microsoft Office Professional Suite 97
**Preferred Qualifications:**
• 1+ years experience in Human Resources related field
• Knowledge of employment law
• Prior experience with Cobra and insurance paperwork
• Knowledge of ADP software
**Education:**
Bachelor Degree
