About the Role:
The Commercial Ambassador is the commercial face of the Edrington brand in the market. A recognized leader in execution and interaction with wholesalers, customers, and consumers by embodying Edrington's commercial excellence principles and luxury behaviors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the brand owner, acting as the local face of the brand to the trade, key collector accounts, and local consumers.
- Work with the local commercial Market Manager and Brand Marketing to implement a range of trade and consumer marketing activities consistent with brand strategy within the local market.
- Scout and develop target accounts based on high-net-worth individual (HNWI) neighborhood data, premium/luxury accounts.
- Accelerate the growth of the Edrington portfolio through excellence in delivering exceptional visibility, distribution, and display where permitted and within brand guidelines.
- Recruit and manage a network of influencers and partners to support brand awareness and relevancy in the market.
- Develop and execute brand education platforms and brand-sponsored events to build trade relationships and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with local commercial teams to assist in the development of target accounts and deliver the vehicles that drive business, enhancing brand visibility and traction.
- Align focus with local program calendars and/or distributor network focus periods to optimize investment and time management.
- Analyze effectiveness of programming and activities through reporting and impact capability management and ensure the continued advancement of quality initiatives.
Requirements:
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to build relationships with wholesalers, customers, and consumers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to embody Edrington's commercial excellence principles and luxury behaviors.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-driven execution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze effectiveness of programming and activities.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and priorities.
