Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for building lasting relationships with small business owners through fielding inbound calls, outbound follow-ups, text, and emails.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in the sales area.
  • Advanced English skills.
  • Call Center Experience.
  • Experience managing and coaching teams.
  • Client Relationship Management and Inside Sales experience.
  • Experience in identifying business prospects with new/existing clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and outstanding management of confidential information.
  • Good written and verbal communications skills and a driven and motivated attitude.
