About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Crop Coordinator to join our team at Rijk Zwaan Italia S.r.L. in a key role that will drive the development and management of our tomato crop portfolio in Latin America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate regional commercial introductions, trial plans, and optimize sales of new and existing varieties.
  • Advise the Strategic Crop Team on current activities and future strategies, supporting Supply specialists.
  • Keep market information up to date and develop business cases for new markets.
  • Identify opportunities for product development activities and manage strategic tomato clients, participating in client teams, and negotiating deals.
Requirements
  • A completed master's degree in agriculture or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in international agriculture/horticulture.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish languages.
