About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Manager to lead our Personal Care Product Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing product development strategies that meet our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product development plans that meet business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products
  • Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective product development
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Physical Sciences, Chemical Engineering or related science
  • Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemical Sciences, Material Science, or Biotechnology
  • 8+ years laboratory experience in Product Development and/or Implementation & Support
  • 3-5 years of people management and project management experience
  • Good knowledge in Product Development based research, evaluation, testing and scale-up; Knowledge in surfactant chemistry, GMPs, general lab instruments (pH meter, rheometer, mixers etc), microbiology fundamentals
  • Advanced English
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Strong project management and execution skills
