We are seeking a skilled Inventory Management Specialist to join our team at Ellsworth Adhesives. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing inventory management for an assigned team of Field Inventory Specialists at multiple customer locations.
You will back up FIS team members during absences and openings, create and execute the Field Inventory Specialist onboarding plan for new hires, and train new team members. Additionally, you will interview potential team members, make hiring recommendations, and facilitate cross-training opportunities within the ePlus FIS Teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop work schedules for team members
- Lead and motivate to achieve specific goals and ensure customer satisfaction
- Guide team members with difficult or complex issues or problems
- Provide recommendations and assist team on setting quarterly gainsharing goals and tracks progress to adjust goals as necessary
This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage own time effectively.
