Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and flexible individual to join our senior management team as a Consumer Delivery Manager. This role is essential within our Data Operations division, which provides comprehensive reference and market data services on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison for Data Operations clients, ensuring their service needs are effectively identified and addressed.
- Facilitate proactive meetings with clients to manage and resolve service escalations.
- Collaborate with Instrument & Pricing teams to enhance service offerings and rectify any service deficiencies.
- Engage with clients to address production issues, ensuring timely resolutions and implementing preventive measures.
- Work alongside Global Change and IT teams to align strategic initiatives with client requirements.
- Ensure that new business demands are met and that our service capabilities align with client expectations.
- Prepare client-facing communications, including presentations and updates.
- Monitor service performance through KPIs and governance forums, maintaining transparency with clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee service agreements and conduct annual reviews to ensure compliance and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a client service role within the financial services sector.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with senior management and diverse teams.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with reference data and its application within financial services.
