Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at FedEx. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling FedEx services to customers in assigned revenue bands, making presentations to prospective and established accounts, and servicing existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell FedEx services to customers in assigned revenue bands
  • Make presentations to prospective and established accounts
  • Service existing accounts
  • Ensure attainment of assigned revenue goals
  • Maximize the number of effective calls made each day
  • Develop and maintain a predefined customer base
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer activity and account profile information
  • Assist in the implementation of marketing and promotional programs
  • Interface with different FedEx departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or College student preferred
  • Experience in commercial, industrial, or telephone sales
  • Knowledge of effective telephone sales techniques
  • Excellent negotiation and communications skills
  • Clear and articulate speaking voice
  • Ability to organize large amounts of information
  • Fluency in English
