Responsibilities- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, reliable, and scalable software.
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, UX, and responsiveness of applications.
- Translate use cases into functional applications.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and develop solutions to these problems.
- Research and utilize new cutting-edge technologies.
- Lead, mentor, and coach other engineers/interns that are local to the location and perform code reviews.
Must Haves:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English with the ability to interact with diverse groups of people including remote and offshore teams.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence, motivate, coach, and mentor other engineers.
- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work well independently, as well as collaboratively, to take initiative, and to maintain productivity under pressure.
- Bachelor's in Computer Science.
- 6+ years of experience with the following technologies:
- React, Typescript, Redux, Material UI, NodeJS, Yarn, Git.
- Consuming REST-based services.
Strong Pluses:
- Master's in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Experience building UI for large-scale distributed systems and applying various architectural patterns.
- Experience in React Query, i18next, Reselect, Enzyme, Preact Signals, Jest, or other unit testing framework.
- Experience working with GraphQL.
