About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Management Specialist to join our Siemens Mobility team. As a key member of our Supply Chain organization, you will play a critical role in driving digital transformation and business process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive supplier quality management program, including policies, procedures, and metrics.
- Drive efficiency by implementing automated and digital end-to-end workflows ensuring seamless information flow across the entire supply chain.
- Ensure availability of relevant process and supplier relevant data and fully exploit business intelligence using state-of-the-art advanced analytics and artificial intelligence.
- Identify deviations and drive risk management for decision making and/or risk mitigation measures.
- Ensure and control implementation of prevention-oriented SQM related methods and risk management in supplier related projects and products.
- Ensure implementation and continuously improve the supplier quality part of the Integrated Management System (IMS) within the SQM community.
- Initiate continuous improvement actions and lessons learned across assigned SQM organizational units.
- Contribute to the company's sustainability strategy and eco-system principles in the supply chain.
- Drive and ensure SQM competency management and training system for required competencies in the area of supply chain and quality management as well as in data analytics.
- Ensure talent recruiting through cultural appreciation and attractiveness of SQM.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., CQE, CQA).
- Preference: Experience in the automotive, aerospace industries.
- Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification. Preferred.
