Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Monitor and process invoices for payment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  2. Verify and reconcile vendor statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  3. Support the development and implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve payment discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of payments and vendor information.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or related field.
  3. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  5. Fluent in both spoken and written English and Spanish.
