**Overview:**

As a Process Improvement Specialist, you will play a key role in improving operational efficiency and productivity by analyzing and optimizing business processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process Analysis and Optimization: Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and inefficiencies, develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with team members from different cultures located in different time zones, communicate effectively with cross-functional and regional stakeholders.
  • Knowledge Sharing and Training: Develop and share knowledge with colleagues on process improvements and best practices, assist in the development of training materials for employees on new processes.
  • Technology Adoption: Learn Cemex's BPM platform and be prepared to provide training to users.

Qualifications:

  • Academic: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field, Master's degree is a plus.
  • Areas of Expertise: 3 years+ in business analysis, process management, process modelling, process engineering, continuous process improvement, experience as a Business Process Consultant, with a focus on automation, RPA, and process mining is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Analytical thinking, attention to detail, effective communication, influencing, facilitation, and good presentation skills, excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, adaptability, eagerness to learn and grow, capable of interacting with multi-cultural and multi-generational teams, customer service oriented, solution oriented, innovative mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and passionate about driving change.
