Finance Operations Role at ICON

At ICON, we're committed to fostering an inclusive environment driving innovation and excellence. We're seeking a skilled Clinical Finance Operations Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution. Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating relationships between MRT teams and Billing teams as the primary point of contact
  • Providing billing support to MRT teams, including guidance on pass-through costs and payments from clients
  • Assisting with MRT billing processes, including updates to credit notes and project billing trackers
  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
  • Reconciling information between accounts payable and accounts receivable when necessary
  • Supporting vendor form completion and proactively reviewing unapplied receipts to allocate payments correctly
  • Chasing clients based on priority and serving as the main point of contact for Credit Control

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 per annum, plus additional benefits.
