**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Billing and Collections Associate to join our Revenue Accounting team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate billing and timely cash collections. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential in maintaining our customers' trust and relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist in the end-to-end order-to-cash process, identifying opportunities for process improvements
  • Verify contract details flow into our ERP system accurately
  • Analyze and organize large data sets across multiple systems
  • Use complex Excel functions to summarize transaction data for invoicing
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive best practices
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high accuracy and meet tight deadlines
  • Support external audit deliverables and ad-hoc requests for billings and collections forecasting

**Requirements**

  • Recent university graduate with a keen eye for accuracy and compliance
  • Analytical skills to compile large datasets into meaningful insights
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with financial principles and billing processes
