**Administrative Support Role**

The Intl Assoc Amusement Parks is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative and project management support for programs and services offered by the Latin American office.

Key responsibilities include managing inboxes, calendars, and databases, as well as supporting the implementation of membership, marketing, and sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in an administrative position, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and website content management systems.

**Qualifications**

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Multilingual - Spanish, English 100% and preferably Portuguese
Organizational and customer service skills
Proven experience in a fast-paced work environment, managing multiple priorities at the same time

**Additional Responsibilities**

Assist with registration details for attendees and exhibitors, create and send letters of invitation and receipts, and support the education manager on education program planning.
