The Position

As a Partner Quality Assurance professional, you will ensure every team member delivers an exceptional and consistent homeowner experience. At Porch, we're obsessed with learning, iterating, and delivering the best customer experience in the home services space, while retaining customers for the life of their homeownership. Quality Assurance plays a crucial role in driving this obsession forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audit and provide feedback on team execution of key functions
  • Provide ongoing and regular feedback on team members' performance, working with managers to offer coaching opportunities and identify areas for improvement
  • Assist managers in determining a team member's ability to succeed in their function when performance issues arise
