- Assisting with requirements analysis and scope out design capabilities within the production environment.
- Leading data engineering projects, comprehending stakeholder requirements, and overseeing data preparation activities to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Minimum 3-5 years of directly related job experience.
- Proficient in HR, payroll, and time management processes.
- Good knowledge of ADP GV Payroll & ADP WFM solution.
- Country legislative knowledge in Payroll processing (North America).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- The ability to engage virtual teams on complex issues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
