Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FSCM Specialist to join our team at Genpact. As an Order To Cash (OTC) process expert, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth deployment of our Global Business Platform. Your expertise in FSCM, credit, collections, and dispute management will be instrumental in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy the Global Business Platform and ensure its seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Perform As Is analysis during the Solution Identification phase and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collect and analyze data for Change Impact analysis and facilitate its execution and resolution.
  • Develop and review Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Support the development of User Acceptance Test (UAT) scenarios and test scripts.
  • Coordinate User Access Testing (UAT) and ensure its successful completion.
  • Develop and coordinate communication materials related to New Ways of Working.
  • Identify training needs and conduct trainings for end-users.
  • Provide inputs for Toll Gate decks (milestones) and log risks and issues that appear during configuration, training, or other activities.
  • Perform analysis during the Ramp-up phase and propose corrective actions.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and integrate best practices for future resolution.
  • Capture lessons learned and best practices from each implementation and integrate them into future impact resolution/improvement roadmaps.
  • Ensure adequate handover to Business as Usual (BAU) after the Stabilization phase.

Requirements

  • Functional skills: Process-oriented thinking, planning, and organization skills, analytical and conceptual thinking.
  • Stakeholder management skills: managing different stakeholder groups across Functions and Operating Companies with communication skills.
  • Training and Change management skills: conducting trainings, developing training materials, and supporting change to new ways of working.
  • Process improvement skills: problem-solving and analytical skills for identifying and contributing to process improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or other related studies (Finance or Management Accounting or Management Information Systems).
  • At least 4-6 years of experience in Finance/Accounting in SSC/BPO environment.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in End-to-end OTC knowledge including Credit, Billing, Cash Applications, including Bank receipts.
  • SAP Financial Supply Chain Management (SAP FSCM) experience.
