Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced PreSales Engineer with a strong architectural background and in-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in presales, with experience working with other Salesforce partners.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and develop tailored Salesforce solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Lead technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and value of the Salesforce platform.
  • Design high-level architecture solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and support during the sales cycle, addressing any questions or concerns from potential clients.
  • Develop and deliver detailed proposals, including scope, architecture diagrams, and implementation plans.
  • Work closely with other teams, including delivery and product teams, to ensure a seamless transition from presales to implementation.
  • Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features, enhancements, and best practices to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience as a PreSales Engineer or similar role, with a focus on Salesforce.
  • Strong architectural skills with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other key products.
  • Proven experience working with Salesforce partners, with a solid understanding of the partner ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Salesforce certifications are highly desirable (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect).
