Visual Merchandising Specialist

We are seeking a Visual Merchandiser to join our team in Mexico.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and implementing product displays in various locations in accordance with brand guidelines.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure the company's identity is preserved and brand standards are consistently applied.
- Train store staff on exhibition and image topics.
- Plan and create product displays with new merchandise in collaboration with the Product Department.
- Maximize sales by analyzing commercial indicators and implementing actions to achieve commercial results.
- Develop corner openings, inventory of furniture, and layout of spaces to ensure profitability.
- Implement the shopping route, using planograms, mannequins, screens, exploring adjacencies, complements, and impulse purchases.
- Participate in product launches and corner openings.
Required Knowledge:
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Background in Design/Communication/Visual Communication.
- 6 months of experience as an image specialist, visual merchandiser, or similar role.
