About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Service Desk Specialist to join our team at EPAM. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for our users.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
- Document and track customer interactions and issues
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends
Requirements
- Expert-level knowledge of Windows operating systems and desktop applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with help desk ticketing systems and software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
