This role is part of the team responsible for managing orders for products manufactured in North America and exported to various regions, as well as managing suppliers from overseas to import finished products to Canada.

- Analyze and resolve discrepancies and claims in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase customer satisfaction and reduce backlogs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to requests, expedites, cancellations, and changes in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in process improvement projects to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
